Biography

2009:Playedin four games and started three on the defensive line as ajunior.

2008:Playedin all 12 games during his sophomore season, primarily on thePAT/FG protection team, after moving over from the defensiveline... good run blocker who improved his pass blocking techniquethroughout the year... also was a backup left guard. 

2007: Played in one game for the SCAC Co-ChampionMajors. 

High School: Lettered in football three years onthe defensive line for head coach Guy Lecompte at Mandeville HighSchool … recorded 37 total tackles, six tackles-for-loss, aforced fumble and a sack... Second Team All-District … FirstTeam Academic All-State … also lettered three years inpowerlifting, placing fourth in state championships for thesuper-heavyweight division. 

Personal: Son of Jim and Alden Tryforos... born inNew Orleans and raised in Covington, La... has three brothers,Nicholas, Timothy and Alexander... majoring in accounting with aminor in Spanish.
