2009:MemberSCAC Fall Academic Honor Roll… Played in five and startedfour games as a junior… recorded 15 tackles (12 unassisted)on the season… had a season-high nine tackles againstBelhaven… had two pass-breakups… one punt return forno yards against Mississippi College in Backyard BrawlX.

2008: Receiveda medical red-shirt after breaking his ankle. 

2007: Played in seven of the Majors’ 10games as a freshman... recorded four tackles on the year (threesolo)... had two pass breakups. 

High School: Letteredin football three years at cornerback at Ocean Springs High School… South State Champions in 2005 … an all-districtselection in 2006 … also lettered in track three years andwas selected as team captain his junior and senior year... led theteam to state in the 4-1 and long jump.

Personal: Son of Alfred E. McNair and Andresa M.Marsalis … born in Ocean Springs and raised in Gautier, Miss… has one brother and three sisters … cousin of thelate NFL veteran quarterback Steve McNair and formerMillsaps assistant coach Fred McNair … majoring inbiology/pre-med.
