Reilly joined the Majors as outside linebackers coach in Jan. 2022.
He most recently served as the JV defensive coordinator and an offensive analyst at Melbourne High School. At Melbourne, he helped turn a 1-7 team into a 10-3 team which made the regional finals for the first time in 20 year. He also directly contributed to the development of three NCAA Division I players while at Melbourne.Â

Prior to that, Reilly was the student-assistant linebackers coach at Florida Tech in 2019. While there, he developed All-GSC First Team Linebacker Evan Thompson, who would end up transferring to Kennesaw State.Â
He played high school football at Martin County High School in Stuart, Fla., where he dual enrolled at Indian River State College and earned his Associate of Arts in May 2018.
Reilly would go to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Florida Tech in December 2021.
