Senior (Fall 2023): Appeared in all 10 games for the Majors … Named the 2023 Juan Joseph Memorial Recipient winner … Tallied 129 receiving yards of the season … Recorded 145 total yards on offense with an 14.50 AVG/G … Bennett completed his senior campaign with a season high of 34 reception yards and 28 longest reception on Sept.16  against Sewanee. 

Freshman Season (Spring 2021): In his first collegiate season, Bennett appeared in all four games for the Majors ... On the season, he had one catch for one yard against Trinity University on Feb. 13 ... He also recorded one tackle in his first career game against Hendrix College on Feb. 6.

Prior to Millsaps: He was a football, baseball and basketball letterwinner at Lafayette High School (Oxford, Mississippi)... He earned All-District honors as a tight end... He helped his team to the 4A State Championship his freshman season... Active with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).
