HighSchool: A four-year letterman at quarterback for headcoach Scott Cantrell at Nettleton High School ... started undercenter three years, passing for 7,224 yards and 85 touchdowns ...also rushed for 16 touchdowns ... twice named to the All-State,All-Area, and All-Division teams ... named team's MVP two years ...also lettered four years in baseball ... finished with a careerpitching record of 19-9 ... hit .402 with three home runs and 49RBI's, while finishing 9-1 on the mound as a senior for the 3AState Champions.
