Freshman Season (2024): Started in nine games for the Majors during the 2024 season, totaling 28 tackles (16 solo and 12 assists) with four pass breakups as a strong force on the Majors' defense ... Smith also accumulated one interception returned for eight yards and one assisted tackle for loss for one yard ... He posted a season-high nine tackles (six solo and three assists) against Bridgewater College on Sept. 21, picked off a pass and returned it a season-high 8 yards at Sewanee on Sept. 28, recorded a season-high one assisted tackle for loss for one yard against Hendrix on Oct. 26, and broke up passes in four games: vs. Belhaven University on Sept. 5, vs. Centre College on Oct. 12, at Rhodes College on Nov. 2, and vs. Trinity University on Nov. 16.
