Junior Season (Spring 2021): He played in all four games for the Majors … He had six total tackles, one tackle for loss, three pass break ups, and one interception ... His best game of the campaign was when he had two tackles and the lone defensive touchdown, a 51-yard interception return, in the season finale against Rhodes College on March 14.

Sophomore Season (2019): Named to the SAA Academic Honor Roll... He played in six games for Millsaps and made a pair of tackles on the season.

Freshman Season (2018): Named to the SAA Academic Honor Roll... In his first season of collegiate football, Taix played in three games for the Majors.

Prior to Millsaps: He was a 4x football letterman and a 3x baseball letterman at Archbishop Shaw High School (Marrero, Louisiana)... He was a National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame Scholar-Athlete in 2018... He was a team captain during the 2018 season... Winner of the Principal's Award for the Most Outstanding Athlete... Earned the Silver Eagle for service and the Ronald Reagan Leadership Award... Member of the National Honor Society and the Mu Alpha Theta Honor Society... He was the Ambassadors' President.
