JACKSON, Miss. – The Millsaps men's soccer team's Senior Day was spoiled by Hendrix, 2-0 at Harper Davis Field on Saturday. Prior to the match, the Majors recognized the accomplishments of senior

Hendrix (5-1-2, 2-0 SAA) posted a 13-2 shot attempt advantage, but only a 3-2 edge for shots on target. Millsaps (2-7-1, 0-2 SAA) had just two less corner kick opportunities (2-4).
Junior forward
Jacks Dowdy totaled both shots for the Majors in the first half in the 19th and 45th minutes with the contest scoreless. He forced the Hendrix keeper to make a pair of quality stops targeted for the bottom right and center of goal, respectively.
Millsaps freshman goalkeeper
Michael Hamauei stopped a shot targeted for the bottom right corner in the 36th minute.
The Warriors would break the shutout with the opening goal in the 54th minute. Hendrix would keep up the pressure and score one final tally late in the 87th minute.
