ATLANTA – Millsaps women's basketball senior
Haley Franklin was named a Women's Basketball Coaches Association Division III Coaches' All-America honorable mention and was selected to the 2025 Women's Collegiate All-Star Team presented by the WBCA this week.
On Wednesday, Franklin became the second two-time All-American honorable mention student-athlete in program history.
Erin Clark (1989, 1990) and
Carla Webb (1996) are previous recipients of various All-America awards.
Franklin's recognition follows her being selected to the D3hoops.com All-Region Second Team on Tuesday. She is a three-time All-Region 6 team member.
Franklin was earlier named to the All-SAA First Team and All-SAA Tournament Team. She became the program's all-time leading scorer on Feb. 8 and paced the conference at 17.6 points per game.
The Baton Rouge, La., product ended 2024-25 with 181 rebounds, 95 assists, 48 steals and finished with a 47.5 percent field percentage (170-for-358). She finished with 1,516 career points in three seasons with the Majors.
The WBCA NCAA Division III Coach of the Year, Player of the Year and Coaches' All-America team are selected by the WBCA NCAA Division III Awards Committee from coaches and student-athletes who are nominated by WBCA member coaches.

On Monday, Franklin was selected as part of the 2025 Women's Collegiate All-Star Team presented by the WBCA.
The 2025 Women's Collegiate All-Star Game presented by the WBCA will be played at 12 p.m. CT, Saturday, March 22, preceding the NCAA Division III women's basketball national championship game in the Cregger Center on the campus of Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia.
The all-stars were chosen by a committee composed of head women's basketball coaches of NCAA Division III programs, all of whom are members of the WBCA. All players were nominated by WBCA member coaches.
The 20 all-stars are divided into two 10-member teams for the game. Dixie Jeffers, retired head coach of Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, and Carroll LaHaye, retired head coach of Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia, will coach the teams. Franklin will play on Team LaHaye.
