CANTON, Ga. – A duo of Millsaps men's and women's tennis student-athletes were named to the 2025 Southern Athletic Association All-Sportsmanship Men's and Women's Tennis Teams. Junior Sam Tuli and senior Mary Dabadie were selected by their coaches and announced by the SAA office on Monday.
Majoring in computer science, Tuli is a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon on campus.
During the 2024-25 season, Tuli saw a 9-7 overall singles record across the first three courts and finished 3-2 in the conference on Court Three.
The Ocean Springs, Miss., native also contested a record of 8-7 in doubles to complete his junior campaign.
Dabadie, a strong leader on the women's tennis team on Court One, finished her senior season with five total wins in singles and a 6-6 overall record in doubles.
The Baton Rouge, La., native is majoring in accounting. Dabadie is also a two-time member of the SAA Spring Academic Honor Roll to date and has made both the President's and Dean's Lists.
On campus, Dabadie is involved in the Enable America as well as the Government and Politics Club. She is also in the Chi Omega Sorority.
After graduation Dabadie plans to attend graduate school to continue her education in accounting.
Formed in 2011, the SAA places a special emphasis on good sportsmanship and fair play amongst all competitors.
