JACKSON, Miss. & GREENSBORO, N.C. – A Millsaps College baseball senior quartet was honored with impressive postseason accolades, including a pair of multi All-American honors following a 2025 Southern Athletic Association regular-season championship and a berth in the NCAA Baseball Championship Tournament.
Bradley Pelle led the honors by earning spots as an outfielder on both the 2025 ABCA/Rawlings All-America First Team and 2025 D3baseball.com All-America First Team, named the ABCA/Rawlings Region 6 Position Player of the Year as well as being tabbed All-Region First Team for Region 6 by both D3baseball.com and ABCA/Rawlings.
Gray Berry was recognized for his prowess at third base on the 2025 ABCA/Rawlings All-America Third Team as well as the 2025 D3baseball.com All-America Fourth Team, while also being selected All-Region First Team for Region 6 by D3baseball.com and ABCA/Rawlings as well.
Nick Tarantino also swept All-Region First Team for Region 6 accolades for D3baseball.com and ABCA/Rawlings as a starting pitcher.
Additionally, classmate Evan Scott received recognition on the All-Region Third Team for Region 6 by both organizations.
Both sets of All-Region and individual region awards were announced on Tuesday. D3baseball.com unveiled All-America Team and national honors on Wednesday, while the America Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings All-America Team followed on Thursday.
It was the 18th annual D3baseball.com All-America team announcement. Pelle and Berry joined fellow Millsaps alums Hunter Owen (2007 & 2008), Wes Perkins (2013) and Keith Shumaker (2015) on the accomplished list.

Pelle also becomes the second Major to be named Region Position Player of the Year by the ABCA, joining Owen (2007).
The 2025 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Div. III All-Region teams and Regional Players of the Year were announced in all 10 regions. The teams were voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the process is led by the ABCA NCAA Div. III All-America & Coach of the Year Committee.
The ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Div. III All-America teams were announced the evening of Thursday, May 29 immediately following the Opening Ceremony at the 2025 NCAA Div. III World Series in Eastlake, Ohio. Only First Team All-Region selections were eligible for All-America honors and the ABCA/Rawlings All-America teams are selected by members of the ABCA All-America committees.
The ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove teams for all divisions will be announced on Wednesday, June 18. The 2025 ABCA NCAA Div. III Region All-Defensive teams will be announced on Thursday, June 19. ABCA/Rawlings National Pitchers and Position Players of the Year for all divisions will be announced on Monday, June 23.
The ABCA All-America team was first recognized in 1949 and now includes nine divisions: NCAA Divisions I, II and III, NAIA, NJCAA Divisions I, II and III, Pacific Association Division, and high school. ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove teams were first recognized in 2007.
D3baseball.com marked its 13th season honoring D3baseball.com All-Region teams with more than 1,000 players nominated across the country by school's Sports Information Directors.
Pelle, a standout collegiate baseball player, was also named the Southern Athletic Association Baseball Athlete of the Year and All-SAA First Team under the SAA Baseball Coaching Staff of the Year (Jim Page, Doug Fortenberry, Jackson Hailey).
Representing the Majors in many great aspects, Pelle also led academically where he boasted a 3.70 GPA, earning his undergraduate degree in business administration.
As a scholarly athlete, Pelle has made Club 40, the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Baseball Team and the President's List twice. The scholar-athlete has also been recognized on the Spring SAA Academic Honor Roll three time thus far and the Dean's List five times.
During his senior campaign, Pelle started in all 44 games, where he helped lead the Majors to their first Southern Association regular season title since 2013 following a 29-15, 13-5 SAA overall record.
Earning his respect on the diamond, Pelle was the best in the conference with 14 home runs and second most in the league with 59 RBIs. His single-season home run count is tied for second in program history and currently tied for 23rd nationally.
Living out his collegiate baseball dreams, the Kenner, La., native led the conference with 70 hits and 21 doubles, which included an 18-game hitting streak. Pelle's doubles are also tied for third in program history and his 59 RBIs are fifth most. He finished second among the Majors with a .387 batting average.
Completing his bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in digital marketing, Berry recorded an impressive 3.58 GPA in his intellectual studies.
Outside the batter's box, Berry is a multi-time member of the Dean's List and a Spring Academic Honor Roll student-athlete.
The leadoff batter started in all 44 games for the Majors during his senior campaign and finished first in the conference with 65 runs, while tying for second-most with 69 hits.
Berry's astonishing .408 batting average earned him second place in the conference as well.
Exceeding past expectations, Berry's 45 RBIs ranked third in the league and 16 doubles were fourth in the conference.
He is currently second in nation in hit by pitches with 29. His hit by pitch count is second-most in program history. And his batting average is tied for sixth all-time.
Tarantino recently made history by becoming the first Major to garner SAA Baseball Pitcher of the Year status. He finished first in the conference and ranks sixth in the NCAA Division III with a 10-2 overall pitching record. His 10 wins are also second-most in a Millsaps season.
The dynamic, left-handed pitcher cleared a league-high of 88.1 innings pitched (fifth program record book). He also stands first in the conference and is 16th nationally with 92 strikeouts. Tarantino now stands alone as the program's single-season strikeout leader.
The Covington, La., native holds a 3.67 ERA that stands 10th in the conference.
Tarantino was twice named the SAA Pitcher of the Week and NCBWA Div. III Pitcher of the Month.
Tarantino is a three-time All-Conference member who made the 2025 All-SAA First Team, the 2024 All-SAA Second Team and was a 2023 All-SAA Honorable Mention.
Scott made his way to All-Region recognition after being announced to the All-SAA First Team as a designated hitter. The 2024 All-SAA Honorable Mention student-athlete concluded his senior season by starting in 42 games.
Devoted to baseball, the Kosciusko, Miss., native was third on the team with 50 hits and posted seven home runs and 11 doubles. Scott's 36 runs and 41 RBIs were fourth on the team as well.
Scott finished top 10 in the SAA in RBIs, walks, triples, home runs, hit by pitches, slugging percentage, on-base percentage, OPS (on-base plus slugging percentage).
