CANTON, Ga. – Southern Athletic Association Commissioner Stacey LaDew announced the induction of five Millsaps College Athletics student-athletes into the prestigious Sigma Alpha Alpha Honor Society, following the 2024-25 athletic seasons on Friday, June 13.
A quintet of Majors made the list, including Gray Berry and Bradley Pelle of baseball, Anna Capezzera and Zoe Elder of volleyball along with Annie Piggott of women's golf.
To earn the right to be inducted into the honor society, a student-athlete must have been a graduating senior and posted a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher. They also were named to either the All-SAA First-Team or All-SAA Second Team at least once in their playing career and competed in their senior season.
A total of 104 student-athletes from across the SAA were inducted into the 2024-25 Sigma Alpha Alpha Honor Society.
