Jackson, Miss. (Feb. 24, 2017) – Belhaven University had the early upper hand and used the momentum to score a 7-2 win over Millsaps College in women's tennis play this afternoon. The Blazers won all three doubles matches to put the Majors in an early hole.
Belhaven (6-1) took the No. 1 doubles match to open the scoring, 8-3. The Blazers then took the No. 3 match 8-4 before their No. 3 team of Hannah Daly/Mary Lichyter held off the Millsaps (4-3) squad of junior
