Kissimmee, Fla. – The Millsaps College women's tennis team continued their spring break trip on Tuesday morning with a match against #37 East Texas Baptist University. The Majors led 2-1 after doubles and used that momentum in singles to grab the 6-3 win.
Millsaps improves their record to 7-3 overall on the year.

Maggie Dabadie kicked things off for the Majors in doubles play as both teams picked up 8-3 wins.
With Millsaps leading 2-1 the match moved to singles play. Gaskins easily defeated her opponent 6-0, 6-1 at #1 to get things going. After an ETBU win at #5, Dabadie knocked off her opponent at #2 to make it 4-2 Millsaps.
Ella Shields came back to take the #3 singles match. She found herself down 9-7 in the ten-point breaker, but came back to win it 11-9, and clinch the match for the Majors.
Morgan Jenkins scored the sixth point for Millsaps with her 2-6, 6-3, 10-6 come-from-behind win at #4.

Millsaps will play their final match in the Sunshine State tomorrow morning when they take on Swarthmore at 9:00am CT.
