CANTON, Ga. – A terrific season on the field for the Millsaps football program was once again recognized by Southern Athletic Association coaches as 15 Majors were voted onto the All-SAA football teams, while freshman quarterback Grant Bizjack was named the SAA Football Rookie of the Year. Senior long snapper and wide receiver Bruce Foster made the SAA All-Sportsmanship Team. The SAA office made the announcement on Wednesday.
The 15 selections are the most since the 2013 season after the Majors finished the season 6-4 (4-3 SAA). Millsaps posted its highest overall and conference win totals since that same 2013 campaign.
Bizjack becomes the first SAA Rookie of the Year in program history and also made Second Team All-SAA Offense.
Making First Team All-SAA Offense were sophomore wide receiver Greg Donaldson and classmate kicker Connor Babin. Earning his second consecutive recognition as First Team All-SAA Defense was senior linebacker Nehemiah Coalson.
A trio of Majors earned status on the Second Team. Senior offensive lineman Larry Francois III made the All-SAA Offensive squad, while sophomore defensive lineman Myles Johnson and senior linebacker Zabian Boutan both made the All-SAA Defensive Team.
A total of eight standout student-athletes also were tabbed All-SAA Honorable Mention, including redshirt sophomore Brewer Bailey, senior safety Luke Bridges, sophomore cornerback W.H. Carver and junior offensive lineman Erik Contreras.
Additionally, redshirt sophomore running back Braxton Garmon, junior running back Tameron Patterson, senior offensive lineman Skyler Shank and freshman tight end/halfback Derrick Tasby Jr. were also selected All-SAA Honorable Mention.
Bizjack posted phenomenal numbers in nine starts in his initial collegiate campaign for the Majors. He was also named the Majors' 2025 C Spire Conerly Trophy nominee on Tuesday.
A five-time Southern Athletic Association Football Offensive Athlete of the Week, Bizjack ranks second in the conference in total yards (2,784), total yards per game (309.2), passer efficiency rating (165.47), passing yards per game (249.2), passing touchdowns (21) and completion percentage at 65 percent (161-of-247).
His 2,243 passing yards rank third, his rushing yards per game stand fifth (60.0), while his rushing yard total currently ranks sixth across the conference at the conclusion of the regular season. The Trophy Club, Texas, product added three rushing scores and only threw five interceptions. Across NCAA Division III, he currently is 15th in passing yards per game and 19th with 9.08 passing yards per attempt.
He also etched his name in Millsaps football record book in several categories. He is now third in total yards per game, fourth in total yards, sixth in passing yards, tied for seventh in passing touchdowns and ninth in passing completions. The freshman signal caller also became the program's first five-time Conference Athlete of the Week for a single season since 1994.

Donaldson was a deep threat on the field as a primary receiver, finishing first in the conference with an average of 20.7 yards per reception and third in the league with 88.8 receiving yards per game.
The New Orleans, La., native is tied for second in the Millsaps football single-season record book with 10 receiving touchdowns, ranks third with 888 receiving yards and is ninth with 43 receptions.
During the 2025 season, Donaldson appeared in all 10 games. On Oct. 25, Donaldson recorded a season-high 75-yard reception and 184 total receiving yards against Berry College.
Babin earned First Team All-SAA honors for the first time in his college career and was recognized as the SAA Special Teams Athlete of the Week three times during his sophomore year.
Babin topped the conference with nine made field goals and attempts with 12.
On kickoffs, Babin booted 63 footballs a total of 3,721 yards (59.1-yard average), resulting in 24 touchbacks while starting in all 10 games for the Majors.
Babin holds the second spot in Millsaps' single-season football record book for PAT tries with 48, is tied for third with 41 PATs made, ranks fifth in field goals attempted with 12, and is sixth in field goals made with nine.

Coalson was named to the All-SAA First Team Defense for the second consecutive season.
Playing as a ferocious linebacker, the Belzoni, Miss., product ranked sixth in the SAA with a team-high 59 total tackles, eighth with an average of 5.9 tackles per game and 12th with 29 solo tackles.
Coalson boasted a season-high 10 tackles against Southwestern University, helping the Majors secure a 27-24 victory on Nov. 1. He also finished the campaign with a forced fumble, a pass breakup, three quarterback hurries and 2.5 TFLs.
Earlier this season, Coalson was granted the highest honor from the Millsaps football program: the privilege of wearing No. 11 in honor of Juan Joseph.
For the second consecutive year, Francois III earned All-Conference accolades. He improved from Honorable Mention to a spot on the Second Team, playing a crucial role in leading the Majors to a 6-4 overall record.
His skills in pass protection and blocking schemes contributed to the Majors securing second in the conference, with 28 touchdowns and 2,460 passing yards.
During the 2025 season, Francois III participated in all 10 games and started in nine of them, serving as a team captain.
Johnson also earned All-Conference plaudits for the second straight season, making the Second Team after an Honorable Mention showing a year ago.
He completed his sophomore season with 20 solo tackles and 11 assisted tackles, making a total of 31 tackles. He played in 10 games and started in nine during the 2025 season.
Additionally, he placed 12th in the SAA with 7.0 TFLS, and 15th with his three sacks. He also recorded three pass breakups and three quarterback hurries.
On September 23, Johnson was named to the D3football.com Team of the Week as a defensive tackle following his performance in the Majors' 41-19 victory over Hendrix College, where he tallied seven total tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, two sacks and a quarterback hurry.
Completing the All-SAA Second Team for the Majors was Boutan. He finished second in the conference with six total sacks, as well as with 13 TFLs, ranked 10th with 54 total tackles, 11th with 25 assisted tackles and 12th with 29 solo tackles for the season.
On November 15, Boutan had an outstanding game against Sewanee, recording 2.5 TFLs, two sacks, two quarterback pressures and five total tackles, helping the Majors secure a 34-20 victory on Senior Day.
The Baton Rouge, La., native appeared in all 10 games and made nine starts during the 2025 season.

Bailey, who transferred from Mississippi College, dominated the field this season for the Majors at the bandit position. He was the first of eight Majors to garner All-SAA Honorable Mention status.
The Tupelo, Miss., native ranked second on the team with four pass breakups, stood out as a top player, and also tied for first with three quarterback hurries and placed third with two interceptions. Additionally, he was fourth with 49 tackles and 4.0 TFLs.
On Oct. 11, Bailey made his first interception of the season in the game against Rhodes College, helping the Majors secure a 45-19 victory over the Lynx. Additionally, he forced a fumble during the Senior Day game against Sewanee.
Bailey appeared in all 10 games for the Majors while making nine starts during the 2025 season. His two interceptions ranked 10th conference-wide.
Bridges' season was cut short due to injuries but he made an impact in five games started and seven appearances on the field.
Bridges finished fifth in the conference with 7.3 tackles averaged per game and still 12th in the league with 51 total tackles. He added an interception for good measure.
On Oct. 20, the 2025 William V. Campbell Trophy® Semifinalist earned SAA Defensive Athlete of the Week where he helped lead the Majors past No.10 Maryville, 31-21 with six total tackles and one interception.
Carver earned his way back onto the All-SAA Honorable Mention squad following his second season with the Majors.
The cornerback and ball hawk finished the 2025 season ranked third in the conference with four interceptions. He was also third among the Majors with three breakups, and sixth on the defense with 2.0 TFLs.
In his 10 game appearances and nine starts, Carver also made one fumble recovery and 29 total tackles.
Contreras, shielding everything behind him, started in nine games as the Majors' primary center during the 2025 season.
Playing under pressure, he helped the Majors finish second in the conference with 2,460 passing yards, third with 1,867 rushing yards and 17 rushing touchdowns on the ground.
Garmon, an elusive and strong running back, finished seventh in the conference with five rushing touchdowns and ninth with 465 rushing yards as well as rushing yards per game (46.5).
On October 11, Garmon achieved a season-best 85 rushing yards in a 45-19 triumph at Rhodes College, while recording his longest rush of 66 yards against Belhaven in the season opener.
He also hauled in 12 receptions for 119 yards and a touchdown during his 10 appearances and nine starts.

Patterson operated in tandem in the backfield with Garmon throughout the year in 10 appearances. He ranked seventh with five touchdowns as well as 10th in the conference with both his 461 rushing yards and 46.1 yards per game.
He tallied a season-best 101 rushing yards and long of 51 yards against Centre College. Patterson caught 12 passes for 95 yards and a touchdown.
Shank, a dependable right tackle, started in eight games his senior campaign. He helped in pass protection with his teammates across the offensive line, holding opponents to only 18 sacks in 10 contests.
Tasby Jr., a key wide receiver for the Majors, received the final honorable mention award for the team.
He ranked second on the team with 336 total yards and 15th in the conference. He ended the year third on the squad with three touchdowns, which stood 12th in the league.
On Oct. 4, the Fort Worth, Texas, native scored his first college touchdown against Centre College. He later achieved a season-high 64 receiving yards along with a season-long reception of 45 yards against Southwestern University on Nov. 1, contributing to a 27-24 victory.
The final award recipient went to Foster, who was one of the captains on the Major squad. Primarily focusing on long snapping duties, the Pensacola, Fla., native was selected to the All-SAA Sportsmanship Team. His great character and leadership was on display this season and his entire collegiate career.
